Enda Kenny talks to Mandy Connell about songs and inspiration, ABC support and his latest album, Kitchen Ballads, produced by Mark Woods near Castlemaine. Newstead Sessions- Above The Bit

Above the Bit is Luke Watt and Nigel Wearne’s collaboration: a historical based songwriting project turned into a full length album produced by Matt Walker at Stovepipe Records. The record features backing vocals from host Mandy Connell, and a raft of fabulous musicians including Corinn Strating (Flute), Danny McKenna, (Drums) Steve Hadley (Bass).

Recent offerings SAVE and Oh No You Don’t shot to No. 1 on the AMRAP charts; the latter earning him four NIMA 2016 nominations and the award for “Best Aboriginal Talent” at The Age Music Victoria Awards.
