SKIP GORMAN was International Headline artist at Newstead 2019 and rightfully so. A prodigy of Bill Monroe, Gorman was inspired in his early life by live shows from Maybelle Carter Eck Robertson at Newport Folk Festival. Gorman’s albums are chart topping and he is one of the most respected Cowboy Song singers in the world.
Enda Kenny talks to Mandy Connell about songs and inspiration, ABC support and his latest album, Kitchen Ballads, produced by Mark Woods near Castlemaine.
